Spring Maiden is a redhead who is dressed in a pure green gown decorated with lively-coloured spring flowers.  She carries a seed bundle and a bluebird perches on her fingertips.

Seasonal Earth Mother

The Seasonal Earth Mother is dressed in green wool and plant-dyed silks decorated with Indian hemp and woodland twigs, lichen, and cones.   She is draped with a felted wool cape and carries a broom for sweeping away the winter weather.  Her face and hands are made of cotton.

The Seasonal Earth Mother is a companion to the Seasonal doll set and is approximately 9 inches tall.

Wildflower Fairy Mobile

These lovely 4" fairies are dressed in hand printed silk clothing which has been colored with natural dye and earth pigments. They have flexible arms, wooden heads, milkweed fiber hair, and cone, seed, or flower hats. They hang from a 16" pounded copper rod.

Wildflower Marionette/Mobile

The movement and warm colors of plants is expressed in the silk gown that the wildflower marionette wears. Her silks are hand-dyed with plant fibers, colored with pigments, and a rice paste resist defines the design through use of the Japanese katazome technique.  May be used as a marionette or as a mobile to hang above the nature table.

Flower Children

Vividly coloured, the flower children are made special for a bright spot on the nature table and for creating puppet plays. These bendable 4 1/2 inch wool dolls are slightly weighted  and lightly felted for durability. The felted brown earth pouch can provide a sleeping bed or landscape for a puppet play. The dolls are made of wool coloured from natural and low impact dyes.

The Flower Children are available as a set of three, with their earth pouch, or they may be purchased individually.

Plant Fairy

A lovely glistening fairy doll decorated with tiny preserved leaves and seeds.  She holds a bundle of Indian hemp rope and carries a basket of fragrant sweet grass and pine resin.  The plant fairy wears a beaded necklace and a sparkly crown, and is made from natural dyed wool, silk, and plant material, with a wooden bead for her head.  Approximately 4 inches tall.
